Purchases and Somewhereish Pro

A purchase completed, but Pro is not active

  1. Open Somewhereish and make sure you have an internet connection.
  2. Open the account menu.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase if Apple asks you to sign in.

Apple handles payments and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account Help

Forgot your password

On the Somewhereish sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your account email, and open the recovery link on your iPhone.

Delete your account

In Somewhereish, open Account, scroll to Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. The app explains that deleting your Somewhereish account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Manage or cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple Account settings.

Friend Challenges

To join a challenge, open Challenges, tap Join, and enter the six-character challenge code. Both players receive the same five places in the same order.

Completed results appear in Challenges under Completed after both players finish. Challenge codes expire on the date shown when the challenge is created.

Report or block a player

Open the safety menu on a challenge result or leaderboard row. Report uses a fixed category; Block hides that player's profile from you and prevents future challenges between the pair. Maivor AB targets first handling of pending reports within 24 hours.

Player Profile and Leaderboards

Open Account > Player Profile to submit a name or select a photo. New content stays private until moderation approves it. If a new version is pending or rejected, Somewhereish keeps the last approved identity or shows an initial avatar.

Leaderboard participation is free but off by default. Turn off “Show me on leaderboards” to hide your public ranking immediately without deleting private games and statistics. Read the Community Rules for profile and fair-play requirements.

Referrals and Daily Games

New free accounts receive the welcome allowance shown in the app. After that, free accounts have a daily game allowance. Successful friend invitations can raise the allowance for both players as described in Somewhereish.
